Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – Live: Monarch returns to Windsor ahead of Platinum Jubilee celebrations

The Queen is due to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee in June with a four-day bank holiday weekend.

The weekend, which will start on Thursday June 2 and end on Sunday June 5, will see several events taking place involving members of the royal family.

These include Trooping the Colour, a Thanksgiving Service, Platinum Beacons, a Platinum Jubilee Contest and a Star-Studded Concert.

One day before the start of the bank holiday weekend, the Queen is back in Windsor after a short stay at her Balmoral estate in Scotland.

While the Queen has made mainly virtual appearances so far this year due to ongoing mobility issues, she appeared at the Chelsea Flower show this week aboard an electric buggy.

Buckingham Palace has said the Queen’s attendance at Jubilee weekend events is unlikely to be confirmed until D-Day.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson in London ahead of Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson were pictured in London this week, having arrived ahead of the special UK bank holiday weekend.

Photographs of the pair taken on Tuesday showed Kardashian wearing a full Balenciaga outfit, complete with a cropped beige hoodie and shiny gold leggings that ended in point-toe boots.

Davidson, who recently lost his platinum blonde hair to match his girlfriend’s, wore a black hoodie under a quilted black jacket with dark green pants and white sneakers.

Some reports speculated that Kardashian and Davidson would be in London to meet other celebrities attending the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee parties.
